I got the personalized customer care I wanted. Your representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. We went over my Mother’s needs and he directed me to the type of care that was best for my Mother’s situation. When he said he would get back to me, he did. Thank you for allowing Sara to stay with my father while going through rehab. He looks forward to seeing her every day. I can see how much more comfortable he is when she shows up at the center. The relationship he has with her is so special.
