| Our caregivers provide one on one service in helping your loved one with bathing, showering, and hair care. We also focus on dental hygiene, face care, and moisturizing to help keep the skin smooth. |
| Our caregivers assist when needed in helping your loved one get dressed. They make sure that they are properly dressed for whatever the climate is. Some of our clients are often cold, while others are often hot. We make sure to keep them comfortable at all times. |
| Our caregivers supply transportation to all kinds of events. Since they are all insured, they can drive your car or their own. The cost for driving their car is $.50 per mile. We can transfer your loved one anywhere they choose to go such as: doctor appointments; salon appointments; shopping; errands; visiting of friends and family; personal appointments, or just a drive to get out of the house |
| Our caregivers all love pets. We are able to assist with your pets needs while caring for you at home. |
| Our agency always charges the same rate that is stated in your contract whether its weekdays or weekends. |
| We charge time and a half for all the following holidays: New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving; and Christmas. If services are not needed for the above mentioned holidays, a two-week notice is required. |
| Some of the services we provide are: laundry; bedding; sweeping; mopping; cleaning of refrigerators and cabinets; dishes; dusting; vacuuming, etc. |
| Our caregivers are available to assist clients who walk with canes, walkers, or gaitbelts. |
| Our caregivers are trained to work with clients that utilize urinals, bedside commodes, diapers, depends, or catheters. |
| Our goal is to taper to the clients preferences and special dietary needs. We encourage the client to participate in the planning of each meal |
| This care is set up for the individuals who are looking for regular routine care several times per week. These clients may require assistance in: bathing; dressing; ambulating; transportation; meals preparation; etc. |
| This care is available to clients who have been recently hospitalized or are coming out of a rehab setting. Care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and may be reduced as the clients condition improves. |
| This care is set up for clients who are in need of 24 hour care, up to seven days per week. It is also available for short-term post hospitalization, or long term routine care. |
| This care is based upon a four hour minimum and is charged an hourly rate. | |
